Ingredients :
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix egg, rice flour, and spices. It will look like a paste.
2. Add ground beef to bowl.
3. Using a fork, thoroughly mix paste with beef.
4. Spray skillet.
5. Divide beef mixture into four equal parts.
6. Roll each part into a ball.
7. Flatten onto skillet.
8. Cook on medium – high (I do it on 8) for five minutes.
9. Flip burgers.
10. Cook another five minutes.
Serve on a gluten-free bun. You can serve with French fries or sweet potato fries and a vegetable. If you want all finger foods for dinner, use baby carrots or edamame as your vegetable.
