Another mom blog that I subscribe to is Hannah Keeley. She is a Christian mom who is super encouraging. But not in the way that you would think. Her posts are often the kick in the pants that I need in order to do something I’ve been thinking about for a while. For example, today’s post reminded me that I am wasting a lot of my time on facebook and watching netflix when I have other things to do during naptime.
I get two or three emails a week. She is also on facebook if you want little snippets of encouragement throughout the week.
She is actually kind of famous, I think? She has a show called “Hannah help me. ” She has a momuniversity where you can take online classes to learn about how to make life easier as a mom.
In December, she did this Mom and Money Summit where you could listen online and chat for some experts. It really helped Tim and I to refocus our budget and rethink some things in our finances. She also did a 30 Day Power Purge. With this resource, I systematically went through my whole house and cleaned, organized, gave things away, and sold some things on Craigslist too.
