Crock pot chicken noodle soup

Ingredients:
1 pound cut chicken breasts
4 ounces uncooked gluten-free pasta (I use spaghetti noodles) 
12 ounces frozen carrots
8 ounces mushrooms
2 teaspoons garlic
2 teaspoons basil
2 tablespoons chicken better than Bouillon
5 cups water

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in crock pot.
2. Cook on high heat for 4 hours. 
3.  Stir every hour or so.
