Snickerdoodles

Ingredients :
1/2 cup earth balance butter
1 3/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
3.  Mix vanilla and egg into bowl.
4. Add flour,  baking powder,  and cinnamon to bowl and mix thoroughly.
5. Spray cookie sheet.
6. Form dough into meatball sized balls and flatten onto cookie sheet.
7.  Cook for 9 minutes (edges will start to brown).
