Ingredients :
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch salt

Directions:
1. In a large bowl,  mix egg,  rice flour,  and spices.  It will look like a paste.
2. Add ground beef to bowl.
3. Using a fork,  thoroughly mix paste with beef.
4. Spray skillet.
5. Divide beef mixture into four equal parts.
6. Roll each part into a ball.
7. Flatten onto skillet.
8. Cook on medium – high (I do it on 8) for five minutes.
9. Flip burgers.
10. Cook another five minutes.

Serve on a gluten-free bun.  You can serve with French fries or sweet potato fries and a vegetable.  If you want all finger foods for dinner,  use baby carrots or edamame as your vegetable.
